EXEN started its business with automobile production in 1915, after four years of research, it succeeded in making the first vibrator and obtained a patent. After the World War, it helped improve infrastructure and developments such as power plants, dams, etc. The company achieved the first position in the industry in Japan by opening branches in major cities and establishing a strong sales network in Japan.

In 1979, it expanded its production capacity by setting up a new factory in Soka City, Saitama Prefecture, and also expanded its product range by expanding its product range. In 2003, it established a subsidiary company called (Jiaxing) Exen vibrator in Zhejiang Province, China, which has a production facility.
